Sfm’s cornerstones are and remain the franchisors, the exhibitors who take part in the trade fair to offer retail formats and ideas. Next to these focal points, Salone has been organizing a new path since the 2014 edition: the Sfm Retail Tool, which welcomes and values all retail and franchising services in various capacities in the trade fair.
